Signing up is easy! CBII Loyalty is an extension of your CBII Customer account - just create an account with us and you will have access to the CBII Loyalty programme.

You can access your CBII Loyalty info within your customer account. CBII Loyalty can be accessed by clicking the bottom tab from the menu on the left hand side in your account page.

Yes. If you use guest checkout, we will assign points to these orders based on the email used at checkout. However, you will only be able to access your points balance and redeem once you create a customer account with the same email address. This only applies to all purchases made after 10/03/22, the launch date of CBII Loyalty.

Unfortunately, at the moment our website accepts one discount code per order. This means you cannot use your loyalty redemption codes in conjunction with other offer codes. You also cannot use more than one loyalty redemption code per order.

If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user. Your points will revert to zero and you will be moved down to Bronze tier if you were previously in Silver or Gold.

No. As soon as your spending qualifies you will be upgraded and receive a confirmation email of your new VIP status. You can then enjoy the benefits of your new VIP status for the next 12 months. For example, if you become a Bronze VIP Customer on 1st June 2022 and you spend £500 by 1st September 2022, you'll be upgraded to Silver VIP Customer and receive the extra benefits until 1st September 2023.

If your spending falls below the required thresholds within the VIP Club, you will then revert to the previous. However, you will be upgraded again as soon as your spending goes above the required thresholds within a 12-month period.

Your birthday points will be credited to your account on the date of your birthday. However, if your birthday falls within 30 days from the date you enter it on our system, your points will be credited 30 days from this date.
